These green fused glass pocket hearts by RD Glass are ideal as gifts or to send to a loved one to show that you care. Each heart has a mixture of green and clear glass with the chosen pattern or design.
The colours and patterns are unique to each heart, but will be similar to the images shown.
They are affixed to a card which has a message of your choosing printed on the front. You can also personalise this if preferred, by adding your text in the box.
These hearts are larger and heavier than my other pocket tokens, weighing around 31g each.
As all items are handmade the sizes, colours and exact shape of the hearts may vary slightly.
